「We liked the location, the floor we stayed was the old wing, a bit more like a motel for the price. Overall, good experience in Banff」

「The accommodation was comfortable and within walking distance of the downtown area. It also had a convenient parking lot. We really liked the accommodation overall, but the only drawback we encountered was that the drainage in the bathroom shower was not very smooth and water would often pool.」

「It's a lovely cabin in the woods. Host are kind and friendly, and good facilities. Just, we didn't sleep well since there are train rail right next to our cabin and the first train pass around 4:00 am, 5:00 am, and so on, with a loud steam whistle or something very noisy, which actually shocked my whole family up and hard to get back to sleep again. If you are staying here, suggest to ask for cabin far from the rail.」

「The room was fairly large and we really enjoyed the large bathroom. Sheets were too small for bed so my feet touched the actual bed. I did not like that. The mineral pool and whirlpool were nice. They could use a cleaning to remove excess grout that collected at the bottom of the pools. I expected parking to be included and was advised at the property it was extra. I guess I should have checked better at booking. Check in was good but I would recommend telling visitors the internet...

「Convenient place to stay when visiting Banff. Lovely comfy beds and clean room on the whole. We were a little disappointed to find our room on arrival with half eaten bags of crisps and nuts in one of the draws, this clearly hadn’t been checked and cleaned. However, on the whole it was a pleasant stay.」
