「We have just had the most incredible stay since the minute we arrived on Friday. The staff couldn’t be more helpful or friendly. Jasmine in the Spa is deserving of a special mention. As someone who rarely gets treatments, I was very unsure of myself she immediately put me at ease as well as delivering the most relaxing salt scrub. 「Fantastic location if you are visiting Arran. Met on arrival and check-in was no problem. Room was perfect for what we needed and very clean...only tiny issue was the toilet which took AGES to re-fill and was a bit noisy. Breakfast was great and the one member of staff who we dealt with - sorry, didn't ask a name - was absolutely superb, chatty and very efficient. Thank you and would defo use again.」
