「Staffs are Very nice」

「I really enjoyed staying at this hotel with all excellent facilities provided and professional staff. The room is clean and the breakfast is outstanding.」

「Good transport links. Room very clean. Staff exceptionally helpful. Does not do breakfast but sister inn close buy and plenty cafes nearby eg Starbucks . Only there for short while but hope to return and will stay again. 」

「Nol」

「The stay was okay, but when checking out we had an incident where when returned a few minutes after checkout our key cards were no longer which was to be expected. So we went to front desk to ask for the keys to be enabled so we could get our luggage and bags. When we were told that they had no record of us being there and the room was showing as empty. We told them that’s not possible we had been there the past 2 nights and we needed to get to the train station as soon as possible. I get there...

「Lovely room. Nice breakfast.」

「It was a lovely room, nicely decorated and good quality presentation of the room including the tea/coffee facilities in the room, but there were 2 things that let it down. Firstly it was a very cold room, the radiators weren't on in both the bedroom and the bathroom, and the aircon unit in the bedroom, which was also a heater was not that powerful, and also there was no heating in the bathroom, and with the very large porcelain floor tiles in the bathroom, it was freezing! The other thing that...

「My room was cosy and provided all that was necessary. Having arrived, by bus, before the check-in time I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner and shown to my room. Breakfast was well catered for, although I may have missed this in the itinerary, apart from there not being a cooked option. All in all a good experience.」

「Everything ok. Free parking included.」

「Great staff lady on」

「Clean room with air conditioning, but disappointing breakfast, £5 parking fee for overnight guests.」

「1. There were many dead bees to start off with 2. Bedside lamps didn’t even work so we had to sleep with the main light on. 3. The pressure of the sink in the toilet was disastrous as it was too high and would go everywhere and the water kept turning on and off . 4. The main light kept flickering. 5. There was also no staff in the property and when we faced some problems in the night and we weren’t comfortable to phone them in the night .」

「Be very careful when booking your place as I have booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen as I have a baby but was given one room which did not meet my needs at all. I did not have no other option than sleeping and return home the next day. It is above the pub which is noisy so be very careful when booking this place.」
