Not having any staff onsite is really just not great when it comes to customer service. Parking situation was not adequately described on listing and when we reached out to the “virtual front desk,” they were completely useless and never responded to us until the next day so we had to figure it out ourselves and carry our stuff from blocks away. “We arrived at 3:30, went to the room and it hadn’t been cleaned. Finally found the host on the property. She scheduled us for another room but failed to let me know. Still had to wait for them to clean up that room. She did give us ice cream for free while we waited. The entire property is VERY old and rustic. Definitely could use some work.”

“Excellent property, I've never stayed in such a perfect location within a major city until here! Many restaurants, bars, and a grocery store nearby. Rental scooters and public transportation including light rail just a block away. The parking cost was totally worth having a parking space in the underground garage. The room was clean and had anything you could possibly need to utilize the kitchen. The 2nd floor pool area was great with nice lounging areas. I will certainly use this property again……
