“The room was very quiet and convenient to stores, restaurants and shops. As a single visitor, I felt safe entering and exiting the building. Charming and historic character of the building that has been thoughtfully restored with beautiful tiled shower and comfortable bed!”

“Very close to CSU, walking distance. Convenient to Old Town and many places to eat and drink. Overall it was very quiet but on a couple occasions you could hear the train in the early mornings. Inside was clean and it had the amenities for a short stay. The fridge was a little small but that is due to the size of the studio apartment. “The property layout was perfect. Nice deck was a bonus. Spacious and clean. Things were a bit dated and could use updating but everything worked. The message you a number to see what you needed to do was kind of awards but it worked. Great location and nice view!”

“We loved this place! It was super clean and had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. It was surprisingly bright for a basement, with lots of overhead lighting and plenty of lamps for the evening. The beds were comfortable and the jetted tub was amazing! The temperature was set at a comfortable level and there were fans and space heaters in each room, if needed. We would definitely stay here again. ”
