「The service I received was beyond outstanding, the staff are so attentive. The feeling of the property feels like home, the rooms are clean and spacious. Toni at guest services was the icing on the cake, when I told her it was my anniversary she set up a dinner for me and my husband that evening. Btw she can sing. The only little concern I had was the landscaping which they are currently working on. I am a really picky person and based on my OCD you won’t regret your stay here. Thank you Melia...

「Took for ever to get our room at check in, then when we got there the AC was not working and took forever to change our room went through 3 different people before we got a change of room...unbelievable!」

「We had an excellent 4 days stay in the Hotel. The only negative thing was the beach, too low, not a good beach. Sunset beach is good for relaxing and take beautiful pics, but the beach itself is horrible, unable to get in or swim. The staff super friendly and professional. 」
