「This was a very comfortable place to live for a few days. It is well equipped, and the beds are super comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and great for walking -- very good hill exercise and great views! Steve and Ann are very attentive hosts. If you stay here, you won't be disappointed with the property, the beautiful area, or the friendly efficiency with which your stay is managed.」

「No response for request for keys, never received request for info email; immediaye voice mail with no call back. HAD TO GET A ROOM ELSEWHERE. Hotels.com should NOT offer this place to stay when it is confirmed you get no help/immediate response. It was 7 pm at night, NOT the 10 pm advertised late check in.」

「Great little 1 bedroom space. Everything we needed for our trip. Fenced in yard allowed our doggos to have some space to burn off energy and relieve themselves.Kitchen with all needed appliances to include coffee maker and full sized fridge.」

「My friend and I stayed with Ms. Floreth for two nights. She was very friendly over the phone and had great communication. Our room was ready and clean for when we got there and had everything we needed. There was even a mini fridge for our leftovers which was thoughtful. Great location! It was about 10 minutes away from a shopping center and/or plenty of food restaurants. Thanks so much, highly recommend.」

「The basement was great for what we needed. A landing place after a fun day of adventures! The view of Pikes Peak from the living room and kitchen was stellar!! There were so many extra blankets provided and they were warm! We needed to use them because per the listing there is no central heating (and maybe even no AC for cooling as we are not sure since it was cooler and didn’t need AC we don’t know) and the space heater worked, but we needed more (from Texas ;)). They provide ear plugs which is...
