「The rooms were big, bright and clean. The location was very handy, could walk to shopping and dining. The pool was warm and clean. Breakfast was hot and the coffee was tasty.」

「The room was good. Needs a bit of maintenance. The view was absolutely wonderful. The door handle lock to the balcony was broken, but since we were on the third floor, I was not too worried. There were ants in the bathroom and in some other parts of the room. The location was great. The beach is right across from the lodge. And the fairgrounds are very near and an easy walk to the boat launches. The breakfast is ok. There is syrup, but no waffle makers or frozen waffles/pancakes to use it on....

However there are no amenities no pool no hot tub I could have stayed elsewhere for same price with amenities pool would have been great with this hot summer. 「This hotel has been refurbished and is looking much better than before. Beds are comfy, suite was spacious, and our dog was welcome. Dee at the front desk was exceptional! Breakfast could use some more protein, but it was decent. Pool was a bit chilly, but clean. Lots of grass to walk my dog in with a quick exit to the back from the elevator. If you need a clean, safe, quiet place to stay with your kids and dog, you'll be pleased!」

「Room was clean. However, none of the external digital locks on the doors , the swimming pool entrance or the gym entrance were working. The external doors were left wide open probably all night as the locks weren’t working, not safe. The staff said that they’ve been out of order for more than a year. At night, there was only 1 staff/person at the hotel and I had to wait for over 30 mins to get to him to get a bedding set. Clearly under staffed for the rush long weekend. The breakfast was ok....

「Beautiful hotel located in downtown Blue Ridge. Our room was absolutely wonderful and the walk in shower was amazing. Shout out to Steven who checked on us several times during our stay. The hotel provides breakfast daily. We didn't have to drive most of the time since the hotel is centrally located. The rooftop restaurant adds a nice touch. Definitely recommend!」
