“This was in a perfect location for us doing activities on the north side of town. It was cute, easy to park, and felt safe. As stated in the listing, the heat/air control is outside of this unit and you need to message management to adjust for you. They were VERY responsive to our requests to get it adjusted to our liking (super fast). “The property is beautiful and in a great location. Unfortunately, our arrival experience was frustrating. We initially had trouble accessing the property, and once inside, we found that the bedrooms and bathrooms had not been cleaned after the previous guests, with used towels left in the hallway.To their credit, the property management team responded quickly when we called and sent cleaners to the property. However, this delayed our ability to unpack and get settled.Once the cleaning issue was……
