“Loved the room, staff very friendly and helpful, safe parking!”

“Our stay was ok for why we came. I liked that it was short distance from PNC park and walking distance to some really nice restaurants. The room itself was just ok. It smelled like mildew and urine and the air felt musty in the room even though they had the air blasting. The bathroom was not that clean, I noticed pee on the side of the toilet. I didn’t want to walk around with no shoes on in the room. The complimentary breakfast was kind of a joke and there were so many people there eating my……

“A beautifully restored building. Convenient free parking. We were in town for a baseball game. They offered a free shuttle to and from the stadium. The room was clean and comfortable. Bath towels were thick. Bathrobes available. Complimentary breakfast was personalized. We ordered our breakfast the evening before and it was ready at the time we chose. The price was less than the corporate hotels close to the ballpark. The staff was courteous and helpful. This is a hidden gem. We will definitely……

“I gave it only 4 stars on two categories because the property was having big renovations while we stayed. Our room was very nice, but the hot water for the shower only got warm enough to shower, not hot - probably because of the construction. We chose this because we went to a Pirates game and it was great for that. I would stay there again if we went to another Pirates game, but not until the construction work was complete.”
