「Breakfast was excellent and lots of variety」

「We stayed at this hotel for one night. The room itself was spacious but very worn. The chairs were falling apart and the carpet was very stained. The biggest issue was that the shower drain was blocked and would not drain. This made the shower unusable. The hotel would not move us to another room as they claimed to be fully booked. They also would not send maintenance to the room until the next day. This meant that we could not have a shower in our room.」
