Second, it was not clean -- visible mildew in the bathroom and also moldy odors; kitchen also had an odor. Third, the cookware was not usable, the skillet in particular (owner replaced it on the third day). There is no private outdoor space. The HVAC system is quite loud and old. “The house was great. Beds were super comfortable bed in a box type. No weird annoying things and stuff. One negative and its a big one. I didnt deduct a star because its not a house issue. The parking is horribe. No street parking and there is a shared driveway with another unit. This is a problem when you need to come and go. If they other property is occupied try to work it out. If you have a lof guests coming for a meet up like we did with 3 cars figure something out ahead of time. 5……

“We had an amazing stay at Brandon’s place in Austin! From start to finish, communication was excellent — Brandon was quick to respond and made everything super easy. The property’s location couldn’t be better — only about 10 minutes from just about everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood felt safe and convenient, and the home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We’d absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Austin. Highly recommend!”

“Location was great but listing inaccurate as far as comfortably sleeping six. we were fine because we had two children, but Max three adults. also you need to bring pool towels if you’re driving it’s great because you can bring your own paper Products, can opener, pool towels, but flying is more complicated. And being a new building, The units are getting rundown quickly - water damage in the bathroom, Baseboards dirty and splashes of water or drinks on the wall. There was also no ht water in……
