“Lovely inn with lots of little niceties for guests- happy hour, evening desserts, great breakfasts, and more. So close to all the St Augustine sites yet in a quiet and walkable neighborhood. We parked our car for two days and could walk to all the restaurants and sites. Innkeeper works to provide everything the guests desire. ”

“1894 house was a delight. We were not on the main property but the 1894 house a short walking distance or drive. It was a very homey feeling staying there for a birthday celebration. Walkable to the historic area or trolley stop. Staff at the inn were very friendly. ”

Michelle and Ellie were very friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The room and en-suite were comfortable and quiet. Thoroughly recommended. “We loved the location of the property and the proximity to St. George Street and downtown. The manager was very attentive and communicated via text, which was so convenient. He was also kind and friendly. We really enjoyed the daily breakfast that was included. Yogurt/ berries, eggs, bacon, hash, coffee & juices. Very nice. The property was clean and cute, but as with many homes in this historical district, it could use some TLC with the paint, hardware, and that’s why my score was not a 5 in……
