「The Perch was the perfect home base for my father and me during a short trip to Seattle. We needed only a couple of beds and a coffee maker because we were going to be out and about most of the weekend. My bed was sooo comfortable!It was great to have parking, though the navigation into/out of the space might be a little tricky for a larger car. The space has everything you need for a small group. Would definitely stay there again on the next trip.」

「The place is overall very nice and we had a good stay. The 3rd floor experienced a temporary electricity and Wi-Fi outage, but this was not the owner’s fault and beyond their control. They promptly emailed us with clear guidance to resolve the issue, which we really appreciated. 「This was a great property for our family. We especially enjoyed the location and back patio. We didn’t have a car and used the light rail system for all of our exploring in the city. Having a market a few blocks away was really nice for our snacking needs!! We ended most nights sitting outside on the back patio enjoying the gorgeous weather. Quiet, friendly neighbors.
