“老闆親切服務超好，住宿氛圍舒服”

“Although we did not have face-to-face interaction with anyone at the property, they were very responsive messaging through Expedia app. The property was lovely and just as the picture displayed. We were able to check in at 1pm instead of 3pm because the housekeeping was done, which was greatly appreciated because we were hot and tired after our trip! The location is wonderful! Walkable to Pontocho alley, Nishiki Market and all the shrines on the East side of Gion. We would stay here again!”

“這是一家非常貼心的旅館，老闆非常的親切，房間很乾淨就跟照片上看到的一樣，我們全家睡的非常舒適，老闆還免費提供洗衣服務，好感動！美中不足的地方是離市區有些距離，但也因為這樣我們學會了辨識京都市公車的顏色行走路線（同一個號碼有不同顏色）對於自助旅行非常有幫助！再次感謝舍廊房民宿的老闆熱心的服務我們，用力推薦！”

“The place is excellent. You can hear sound from downstairs to upstairs but that’s okay. Bed is comfortable, kitchen has all the items needed. Washer and dryer was very useful. We had plenty of towels. Looking forward to staying here again. Location was a perfectly close to train and shopping with a grocery and market on the otherwise of block. Drinking coffee overlooking the canal is very peaceful. One suggestion would be to include usb charging plug-ins for travelers convenience.”

“This property is very close to Kodai-ji, which was very convenient. Also, the host washed, dried, and folded our laundry (a family of 5) while we were out seeing the sites. This was incredibly helpful. Another highlight of our stay was the wonderful welcome tea and tasty breakfast provided during our stay. Although it was a bit more expensive than other options, these benefits were well worth the additional cost.”

“Good”

“Could not be happier about my 2 days stay at Rakucho ryokan. The room was perfect: clean, quiet, the futon super confortable and the showers/toilets clean and surprisingly quite modern. The host was very welcoming and offered really great suggestions for my stay. The small bike rental shop he suggested (“Bike laboratory”) really made my trip to Kyoto a memorable one. I arrived earlier than check in time, but was able to leave my luggage in a locker in the close by subway station and took this……
