“Room was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.”

“Front desk lady gave us a up grade because of our anniversary and it was a last minute trip because my husband was immediate to the hospital. The hotel is nice just need a little tlc. Please get rid of that old flower couch to low to the floor and dust the vents. It's sad no one wants to work anymore so everything not open in the hotel. Also to much chlorine in the hot tub. Could enjoy that and it wasn't working properly.”

“Faucets could use an upgrade. Fry pans need upgrading. Great pool! Quiet area. Everything close by!! The layout of the unit is amazing! We took two teenage grandsons—nice separation of sleeping areas, and the living area is huge and perfect for playing games in the evening. Great restaurants close by! Lobster boil in Bailey’s Harbor is the best! We have stayed at this condo before and definitely plan to go back!!!!”

“This was not a luxury resort. Room option (a 2 bedroom with 2 baths was a plus) but that was about it. Staff at the front desk (especially the morning person) not very friendly. Room needed more than daily/quick cleaning as there was a LOT of dust, spiders and even bird poop on the patio furniture. Finally, cheap single ply toilet paper? Seriously, that doesn’t even belong in a pit toilet!”

“The hosts went above and beyond to provide amazing service. We received a reach out prior to coming, a tour when we got there and recommendations on where to rent sleds and a list of restaurants to go to dinner. One of us got hurt sledding, and they went above and beyond to help us with that unfortunate period event, which had nothing to do with renting us a room.”

“Loved having full, well stocked kitchen. Plenty of space and parking included is great. Very nice property.”
