“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……

“We stayed at the hotel in June and loved it so much. That we came back in August and stayed in one of the cottages. I was so impressed at the size and cleanliness of cottages. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The cost was reasonable and we will definitely be coming back. ”

“Everything is good,especially they have golf car take you to the room since you first arrive hotel with the heavy luggages. Room is clean and they also have kitchen and fridge. Provide free breakfast from 7am-9:30am,more hot food choices would be perfect. They have Itialian restaurant open until 11pm and convenient store open 24 hours in the hotel lobby.”

“This property was excellent. Very modern, clean and spacious, it was 4 of us and we had more than enough space.”

“度假村环境优美安静，临近迪斯尼，到各主题公园都有免费班车接送。我入住的是两室别墅，房间超大，前后阳台，厨房用具一应俱全，主卧还有大按摩浴缸，而价格比一般酒店的普通房间都便宜。度假村里有丰富的运动与游乐设施，多个加热泳池，孩子玩的十分开心。原订了4晚，后来又加订了两天。”

“Picked this property because of the great reviews and glad we did! The efficiency with a full kitchen and on one level was perfect! The property was very nice, especially the pool and Jacuzzi area. "They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. "
