"No hot water, no sleep from noise of neighbors all night long till early morning, No restaurant food available from menu, ran out of all items on menu, had to order al a carte rice and tofu only, very expensive, room very overrated and extremely expensive. Next time we stay at Moni, closer to Kelimutu, way less expensive, more restaurants for food. There was no option to drive to another restaurant for meals from the eco lodge.For the price we paid, we expected stellar service, we got far...

But the real plus is the Team always able to support you and making you feel as at home....considering that we are in a remote place and not always is available what we are used to.
