Chill Spot, Nice Staff
"Start of the stay was rough because they forgot to pick us up at the ferry. After a long wait and hiking with luggage, finally picked up. Need to do a better job at holding to commitments that were arranged ahead of time. Wi-fi is good. It's just down the street from some restaurants. Really cool ..."

Rundown and neglected
"Overall our stay here was disappointing. We arrived exhausted and tired around 1am after a long flight from the UK. We’d been unable to contact the hotel by phone before arrival and our taxi driver struggled to locate the property. On arrival we were met by a member of staff who showed us to our ..."

Gem by the Beach
"We had the most delightful visit with exceptional hospitality from the lovely workers and owner. We booked 4 nights and decided to stay 2 extra as we thought we had found a slice of paradise. Incredible sunset from the restaurant. Not only was the food incredible, the room, pool and all the common ..."

Great hotel, just very far from everything
"Overall, this place is great-the ONLY downside is that it is far from everything. It’s at least 2 hours from both the airport and Ubud and everything else. If you want to come to Bali and have the beach all to yourself to surf or relax, then this is a good hotel for that. Just remember that it will ..."

"Melia has such a wonderful relaxing feel about it. The gardens and landscaping are simply superb, the beach is clean and tidy and the staff are wonderful.
The rooms could do with a little TLC here and there but nothing major - our room (a 3rd floor garden view room) was perfect for the price we paid. A roomy terrace looked out onto lush gardens with glimpses of the pool and ocean. As we weren't in direct sun at any part of the day it was an area that we could freely enjoy. For sun lovers I'm sure that rooms with other outlooks would provide some extra heat for you.
If we could afford it we'd book the LEVEL experience or one of the rooms with access to a private pool next time, as this would make it a truly luxury experience.
Wonderfully positioned on the Nusa Due beachfront which means that you have access to a lovely beach (best at high tide) and can walk up and down the beach past the other resorts in the area. If you're not on an "all inclusive" booking, this is a great way to eat or drink somewhere different (although in our experience - Sept 2022 - the Melia offered the best atmosphere). Some cheaper eating nearly in the Bali Collection, but unfortunately this only has a small percentage of tenants now as they moved out during COVID.
Will definitely be back here"
