We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. I had to write and request the password The bathroom sink was not secure and I was afraid it was going to fall. There were no hooks or towel bars in the bathroom. The water reservoir for the coffee maker was full of green slim making the coffee pot unusable. The bed squeaked every time you touched it or moved. So I woke up every time I rolled over at night and therefore slept very……
