“The cottage looks very cute from the outside and the inside pictures as well. The rug was filthy, in need of a deep cleaning or replacement. The bathroom had dirt grime on the floor caulking with mold spots in the shower/tub area. Most things were dusty and in need of a deep cleaning. ”

“The house was as described. It was great! Plenty of towels, utensils and pots/pans. The provided soap/shampoo was helpful as well! There were many fans which were needed because a lot of the windows do not open. That would be our only complaint. Roughly half the windows don't open and the majority of the others need an additional piece of something to hold them open. One window in the casita was broken from the start. It was locked at only an inch open which greatly restricted air flow. On hot……
