"I love this place! It has everything we need when visiting my son in college. Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms and a busy but safe area. The only reason I only gave them a 4 star is because recently they started to charge for parking! It’s not like it’s enclosed or monitored by security so I don’t understand why there is a fee now. Plus the parking isn’t limited in space. Just another way to make money off guests."

"The staff was amazing! The rooms weren't bad but i did have to call front desk because i had dirty towels in my room folded down for the next person to use, my daughter also got a room there and there was a whole in the ceiling and dirty towels. Also surprise to see that there was no iron in the rooms, refrigerator didn't even keep my drinks cold as if it wasnt even plugged in. I was given a wifi password and i wasnt able to log in since nothing would pop up for me with the hotels name. "

"My bay got a rash on his chest from either the towels or bedsheets. And my husband woke up with a pink eye. We also ran into issue with the fridge in our suite. It was replaced but wasn’t cooling enough. I should also report that the sink in the living room area may be leaking. The carpet was wet. "
