Great vacation house for large families

Really enjoyed our stay, we had 7 people and still had extra rooms. The pool/hot tub area was really nice and it’s very easy to communicate with the host and they were very responsive. Themed kids rooms were a nice touch

Outstanding experience!

We had 6 adults and 5 kids for 7 nights and had a fantastic stay. Communication from and with the host was top-notch and very fast. Clean, updated, convenient to the clubhouse, parks, and stores. We would absolutely stay with this host again.

Fun and good value for families

This property is great for families. If I could change anything, I'd want a little more communal space on the main floor, but that's just the nature of the houses in Windsor. The pool area and backyard also felt a bit small for a large group. The house could use a second fridge - if you fill up all the bedrooms, there's just not enough space. I also didn't feel like the kitchen was particularly well-equipped. The pots and pans in particular were lacking. But those are minor points, especially considering the price point, We had some very noisy neighbours, but the manager was responsive in dealing with it. I get the sense that the area is getting more run down. The clubhouse pool area was extremely busy, but the waterpark is a fun benefit. The neighbourhood is fairly close to parks and services, but the traffic is getting out of hand. That's just this area in general, and I think it would a problem wherever you stayed in the vicinity. Maybe I'm nit-picking, but the garage game room has a very strong rubber smell from the floors that sticks to your clothes if you're in there awhile. The air hockey table is showing its age, but the rest of the games are in good shape. If you're looking for good value for a large group, and you want to be in this neighbourhood, this would be hard to beat. This is my third stay in Windsor in this floor plan, and this house was the best of all of them.

Summer party

We had a wonderful time! The property was perfect to host our 4 family summer party. The home was extremely clean and had all of the necessities for our stay. The owner responded to inquiries immediately and was very accoomidating. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely stay again!

Great family home!

This house was perfect for our multi-family vacation! The 10 of us fit comfortably and never felt crowded. The younger ones loved the themed rooms, game room, and pool! Communication with property management was great leading up to and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great family stay

6 adults and five children stayed for 2 weeks. Great spacious home with lovely outdoor area. Bedrooms were all large and comfortable. Kids loved the jungle room and princess room the most. Would definitely use again. Thanks.

Great House

We enjoyed our stay at Macapa Drive. The only downfall was that the clubhouse pool and lazy river was often overcrowded and made it uncomfortable on the days we wanted to visit it. Luckily, the pool and hot tub located at the property was incredible and very relaxing! The rooms were amazing and the kids loved the game room! The management company was very responsive!

Perfect for Our group of 15

This property was perfect for our large group, with plenty of space and amenities. But the thing that stood out most for all of us was the immediate responsiveness, action and attentiveness of the Alchemy team, they were amazing from start to finish!! Nice property

Very nice property. Well equipped. Customer service replies right away. Only thing we believe could be better is the check-out time. 10am is very early when you have to organize everything to leave. It was a bit of a rush.

Customer service is key for experience and it was top tier.Home: The home was BEAUTIFUL and more importantly CLEAN! The decor is exactly as it is in the pictures, you have sufficient towels/toiletries to get your trip started. The layout is open and spacious enough for large gatherings. It was a big hit with my family!Kids Stuff: My kids /niece/nephews were obsessed! Everything is cute and kid friendly. The game room was hit, everything worked, our favorite was the animal room - adorable! Pool/Hot Tub: Warm, CLEAN, and a big bonus were the already inflated toys. We unfortunately didnt get to use the grill but it also was very clean and impressive.Location: Perfectly near everything. Just be ready for extensive traffic everywhere. Starbucks /CVS/Fast Food /Grocery all within 5 miles or lessThe resort amenities are convenient but honestly there's so much fun in the home (arcade games/board games/pool and neighboring activities) we enjoyed being at the house!No changes or improvements to recommend :) Thank you for a great vacation

Just WOW

The property is exactly as pictured. It is just beautiful and very clean. Beds were all very comfortable. Theme rooms are so cool the kids toke turns in each one. The game room is amazing. Pool area was super clean and ready to go with heated pool and hot tub. And all of the little things were there like hand soap, dish soap, extra trash bags, a bottle of spray cleaner, extra paper towels and extra dishwasher pods. Most renters give one of each and you end up scrambling to figure it out. I have stayed in many beautiful houses all over Champions Gate and Davenport this has been my favorite.

Vacation Home

The house was very spacious. There were 9 adults and 3 children. The pool and hot tub were clean and well used throughout our stay. The themed rooms were as posted. The bathrooms were very nice, clean and convenient to each bedroom. The open concept of the kitchen, living, dining room were comfortable and spacious. It was convenient to have a washer/dryer to use. The game room was somewhat of a disappointment. The air conditioning couldn’t keep the room cooled, even after communicating the issue to Alchemy. The games need attention or updating. The Alchemy staff were very responsive to questions and especially when the internet was continually cutting out. They reset it on their end and passed it onto us , which fixed the issue. We reported an issue with seeing a rodent in the lanai and another in one of the bedrooms. The location was good for our needs. We didn’t use the clubhouse/splashpad, lazy River area. We were happy with our private pool.

Family memories

Fantastic house. Everything was as pictured. This is our 24 yr coming to Florida and I will say this is one off the best places we have stayed. They thought of everything. Soap, lotion, coffee. And trash bags for us to get started. So we had a few days before we needed to get more. The club house is close enough to walk. I will say that it’s open from9-5 which was ok because we used our pool in the afternoon while the kids slept. The owner reached out a few time after check in to make sure things are going smoothly. The management team was outstanding to work with thru this whole process. We had 20 people. 12 adults 5 kids and 3 under 2 and had plenty of room.

This is by far the best vacation home in Orlando we have ever stayed in!

This is by far the best vacation home in Orlando we have ever stayed in! It is immaculately decorated – even better in person! The game room is incredible with something for everyone. The kids LOVED the themed rooms! It was nice to have a private pool and hot tub after our time at DisneyWorld. We also enjoyed the getting cocktails at the Windsor at Westside clubhouse bar and floating in the lazy river. Staying here was so much better than a hotel and the location is very convenient for all the theme parks. With our large family it was nice to have access to a well-stocked kitchen, professional outdoor grill, firepit and plenty of space for everyone to relax. Vacation Alchemy checked in on us several times during our stay. They are very professional hosts with exceptional communication. If you are wondering if this place is worth the price – 100% YES. My relatives were tired of booking mediocre vacation rentals in this region. So many poorly managed and not updated. Macapa Palms is fabulous and we will certainly be back! Thank you for making this the best vacation we have had in years!

A++++++ Great Hosts - Superb Attention to Detail - Themed Rooms - Pool - Outdoor Custom BBQ - CLEAN!

What an amazing place! This is now our favorite Disneyworld VRBO! We all LOVED the details of the themed bedrooms. I wish we had booked a longer stay so we could have spent more time to stay put in the Windsor at Westside resort. There is a clubhouse with lazy river and splash park! The kitchen in the house is well stocked with all essentials. We loved the French Press coffee maker in addition to the Keurig and Drip machine. I loved the Breville Waffle maker and we used the crockpot one night so dinner was ready when we got back from Epcot. The game room is the best !! - the clouds even light up with any noise. There are 4 great places to hang out as a group – the wide open living/dining room, the Mickey lounge upstairs, game room in the two car garage and then the patio outside. The outdoor area has a private pool/spa, fire pit and custom outdoor kitchen. We booked this specific property because we could easily entertain our big group and it had the best custom grill adjacent to the pool. The outdoor area/pool has fantastic privacy with a preserve behind it and the green belt on one side. One morning, I loved having my coffee on the patio just listening to the nature sounds in the preserve – so peaceful. We are huge Disneyworld/Universal fans so we will be back next year!
