Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms accommodate up to twelve guests with seven beds and four‑and‑a‑half baths. One bedroom and a shared bathroom sit on the ground floor, while four additional bedrooms and three bathrooms are upstairs, providing both privacy and convenience for families or groups.



Living spaces

The spacious living area invites you to gather after a day of exploring Orlando, featuring a TV, heating and cooling, and a dedicated workspace for moments when you need to focus. Self‑check‑in with a smart lock and free on‑site parking add ease to your stay.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances and cooking basics lets you prepare anything from simple breakfasts to shared dinners. A formal dining table and additional indoor and outdoor dining spots let you enjoy meals wherever you feel most comfortable.

Step onto the private patio where a heated swimming pool awaits, ready for year‑round enjoyment. Loungers and a BBQ grill create a relaxed setting for quiet afternoons or casual meals, and pool heating can be activated on request.

A game room stocked with foosball, air hockey, and pinball offers hours of indoor fun. The home also provides a washer, dryer, bathroom essentials, fresh bed linens, Wi‑Fi, and pet‑friendly accommodations for those traveling with furry companions. Long‑term stays are welcomed.

Getting Around:

Peace of Mind in a Gated Community



Enjoy the security and comfort of a gated resort community during your stay. The driveway offers space for up to three vehicles parked side by side.

Please note that the garage has been transformed into a game room, so indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Grill Information

Our grill is a propane grill. Please be advised that propane is provided by the guests. We have a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay. We cannot guarantee the tank will be full upon arrival.



Cleanliness & Pool Information

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest, with our cleaning team adhering to the highest standards.



If you’d like to add pool heating to your stay, please notify us in advance so we can coordinate setup. Pool heating is available for $35 per day, billed separately. We request at least one week’s notice for this service. During cold or rainy weather, we do not recommend using the pool. The pool is serviced weekly, but after rainfall, some debris may wash in, which can cause the water to appear slightly cloudy.



Check-Out Policy

Check-out is at 10:00 AM sharp. Housekeeping is scheduled promptly after check-out to prepare the home for incoming guests. Late check-outs can impact cleaning schedules and future reservations. If you stay beyond your scheduled check-out time, a fee of up to $300 may apply.



Self-Catering & Supplies

This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not replenished during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, one roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, we provide detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen comes with a roll of paper towels, a few trash bags, dish soap, a sponge, and a coffee maker (coffee not provided). Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are also available for your use. If anything is missing, please notify us immediately upon arrival so we can restock.
