Tried to give them a chance..

We came to stay at this property with another family for a cheer competition that’s in this area every year. When we arrived, we realized we were never given a gate code. I reached out to management via text and received a response within a few hours with a gate code.When didn’t arrive until late that first evening and got up very early the next morning to start the day at the parks. After returning later that night we quickly realized the home was not very equipped with dishes and cook wear to accommodate the amount of people it states it does in the listing. Upon further investigation, I then realized the sink had been siliconed back together multiple times and looked awful, the coffee maker wasnt working properly and the list goes on and on. After reaching out to management regarding my concerns they offered to refund some of my stay. I have reached out to the property manager multiple times, with absolutely NO response, over the last few weeks as I have yet to receive a refund. Beware to

Convient and Quaint

Close to Celebration, Disneyland, convention center and many attractions. Lots of restaurants close by. Parking available on site. Moderate noise levels.
