新酒店！位置方便吃東西購物，價錢也可接受！ 但因鄰近紅燈區感覺有些亂！加上清潔欠佳，我們住的是日式房間，開5張床褥有三張是有污漬的！床舖也需自行安排！行了一整天所以感覺累！ 服務員態度良好！是值得讚賞的一面！

I traveled in Osaka for two day by myself. The staff are very polite and helpful. Beside the single room is very spacious compare to other hotel room in Japan. However, it is a bit noisy during daytime. Because the building next to it is under construction. Overall I recommend this place for visitor! Let's enjoy Osaka!

口コミ通りレセプションに誰もおらず、「すみませーん！」と大声で声を掛けないと人が出てこない。スタッフの対応は悪くないが、フラットな口調。ロビーの床は汚れが目立つ。エレベーターも清潔感はない。部屋はきちんと掃除されているものの、壁の汚れとシミが怖かった。スリッパは使い古しなので、持参したビーサンを利用した。

It would be great if they gave two key card for two of us and the fridge is working properly. Staff is very helpful and replace the fridge right away but the new one cannot keep cool either. So I have to drink beer at room temperature.
