「The hotel is close to tourist spots. Facilities are in good condition. Good restaurant inside the hotel. Very good service. Staffs are very nice and helpful, they helped me to arrange guided tour and arrange taxi back to the airport.」

「The hotel has been recently remodeled and it was very nice. The staff was also very professional and helpful. We were able to walk to the Zocalo, Bellas Artes, beautiful park and Chinatown. If you need a taxi ask the consigliere to call Marco 」

「The property was clean and close to every thing. The staff was very friendly helpful and would help with everything we needed. My only complaint was that the kitchen had very little in it. Of course we could ask and they would get what we needed but i hate asking all the time. The kitchen needs to be stocked with what is needed. 」

「The staff are very friendly and helpful. They provide good English service. Room service is thoughtful and change clean sheets everyday unlike in the US!!! It's a little inconvenient if you arrive late because the entrance to the lobby needs keycard to open, I arrived late and I couldn't get in and was lost for a while.」
