「For an all inclusive resort it lacked majorly. The food was good, but there is no late snacks, no room service, and they close 10 min before the actual time. We had to get food delivered because of this. No one comes to ask you for drinks you have to go to the bar. Everything pretty much shuts down by 2300 (11pm). Your kind of forced to go to your room. The gym and spa is not close by to the hotel. Some of the staff were standoffish, but other staff were great. I wouldnt recommend this hotel.」

「If you are looking for beautiful rooms, excellent staff, no need to rush to get your towel on a sun bed and peace and quiet then this is the hotel to stay in. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the staff were so friendly and helpful. The sun beds are very comfortable. The pool has three different depths so good for a cooling dip.
