I score the stay 4.5 out of 5. The condo exceeded expectations. It was prettier and larger in person than the pictures depict. The location was great. 10 minute bicycle ride to Rosemary. The unit has a private parking garage (1car), 2 parking spots total, garage had beach chairs (4+), bicycles (3), and I left 2 umbrellas behind. Only two minor knocks against. One, is the fridge had to be replaced when we were there so we went one day and night without a fridge but that is no one’s fault. The management was quick to remedy the situation. Two, the shortest walking path to the beach requires you cross waist-deep brackish water, a small tidal overflow river from a neighboring lake. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I will definitely stay there again.

I was the host, and spent way too much time of my vacation trying to resolve issues. The property manager was responsive and helpful and probably was dealing with a property owner that had lost interest. The unit is in need of renovation. The kitchen was under equipped for cooking, broken toaster and dishwasher, moldy shower in master, and worn furniture. I could not access the health club as advertised. This is the most beautiful beach on 30A and the WaterSound property is poorly managed. It is quite different now than the times I’ve been ten and twenty years ago.

The property was very clean and gulf view was perfect. Check in was a little confusing-finding gatehouse, getting passes and finding our section of watersound took a while. Getting thru to maintenance was difficult. I finally gave up and left a message at main number. The couch in the condo was not comfortable for our old bones. Too low. We sat on dining chairs.

The condo was beautifully decorated and well appointed, but the view of the beach are phenomenal! Walk to the beach over the boardwalk is a little long, but beach itself is very uncrowded

We had 3 couples and it was a perfect spot for a long weekend away. Walking distance to the Hub and the view was amazing. Only thing we were not expecting was having to cross water to get to the beach. Not an issue for us, since we did not have small kids, beach toys and all that stuff to haul to the beach. There were beach towels, and some chairs and bikes left in the garage that made the stay even better. Would highly recommend.

Loved the week spent at the beach! The condo was lovely with comfy beds, big bathrooms and fabulous views. Pool was nice, beach was nice too though we didn’t spend as much time there because we had a baby. If I had one complaint it would be getting to the beach you have to walk through about knee height of water which I didn’t quite know what to expect when I read the reviews until I saw it myself. But it’s doable unless you have a ridiculous amount of gear then it’s a pain. Overall still good that we would go back!

The property was perfect for our group - from the beautiful interior design to the most comfortable King beds to SBA amazing view. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend New Year’s. The condo was well appointed with all the things you need on vacation - extra towels, a well-equipped kitchen, and lots of space to store what you may bring. Our property manager went above and beyond in my search for the brand of mattress on the beds. I slept so well and hadn’t been able to locate that during our stay. She went back and found it for me so now I can buy my own!! Kudos Debra for value-added service 🙌🏼

Our time at this property was great! The unit was spacious and easy to find. Inside we were greeted with a lovely space that was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The beach views were some of the best I've ever had. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean, nicely updated, had amazing views of the beach and enough space for our family. I appreciated the garage and extra parking spot. There were many beach toys in the garage. Check in and out communication was good. Overall I highly recommend!

Beautiful condo with nice furnishings. View was amazing. Only draw back was walk to the beach with two little ones. Had to cross through water to get to the shortest beach access otherwise had to walk quite a ways down to the other end of the condo building.

Property was lovely and clean. Condo was comfortable and well appointed. All of the furniture was comfortable. There were only 2 of us but it would be comfortable for 6. Many evenings spent on balcony with great views of beach and sunset. A cleaner, more comfortable chaise lounge on balcony would have been nice but that would be my only criticism. While there are many condos available in this area, it is hard to find one on an upper floor with such a nice beach view. It was nice to store our bikes and coolers in garage. We would return!
