「Had a great stay besides the issue of our TV not working. We told the man downstairs at the reception desk and he said he would get someone to look at it- we came back to our room and it was still not fixed. For paying over $300, we expected at least an update or anything. Not professional if you ask me.」

「Staff are very nice persons. Whenever I need any travel information, they actively give advice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location (close to China Town) is good and convenient. There are several subway lines nearby. I like this hotel and would like to recommend it to friends. ^_^」

「Initially we had booked a King room. This was not very good and I would not recommend it as it was too small. We upgraded to a loft room (at a cost US$200/night) which was an excellent room and we were very pleased with spending the extra money. The roof top bar is one of the best in Manhattan and great for a sunset view. There are a couple of other bars and also good places to eat in the hotel. We didn't really like the glass walls in the bathroom which meant you could see people on the...
