「Great stay. Wish the cleaning staff spoke english🤔」

「The property was nice. The rooms were clean. There was a couple light bulbs burnt out and the a/c had a small issue but otherwise was nice. The bad thing was that this property is apparently seaonsal and we were not told that some of the restuarnts were closed and that there was no where on site to have breakfast includong the continental breakfast that was also closed due to seasonal. The only option was srarbucks for a coffee and bagel. Even starbucks does not make breakfast sandwiches during...

「It was a pleasant experience. I happened to be staying there when hurricane Sally hit. My room stayed fine. However, the lobby was damaged by the winds and rain, lost power and water. The staff and manager on hand were excellent. They didn’t act frazzled or anxious. They took care of matters and us guests. I really enjoyed the history of the hotel, too. 」

「It was amazing went for my teenagers birthday and never had to leave. We did once for dinner, and literally walked across the street to the janky looking arcade and had a surprisingly delicious meal. They had activities that kept both my teenagers entertained and off their electronics while engaging with us!」

「The hotel is right downtown. Walkable to most everything you want to do in Pensacola. Its quite an old hotel but seems to have been updated nicely. They provide a pretty basic breakfast but more impressively we enjoyed their nightly reception. This included complimentary food. (Nachos with multiple toppings available) on the night we stayed. They also offered complimentery wine and beer. This was quite a surprise and delight bacause normally those benefits are only found in a very few upscale...

「Very nice facility. Pools are nice and the fitness room is amazing. Stayed in a 1 BR unit so we were not in the towers and they put us on the first floor so view of the ocean was blocked by the dunes. Would prefer to say in the towers which are 3-4 BR units. Will bring guests next time. Would be nice to have a bar by the pool, but there re plenty within walking distance. 」
