“A lovely boutique hotel in a very safe area, conveniently located near a grocery store with several restaurants just a short walk down the strip. The hotel itself is beautiful, featuring a gorgeous beach area, a nice pool, and a great bar. One thing to keep in mind: if you’re hoping for an ocean view, be sure to book a room on the second floor, as the bushes can block the view from first-floor rooms. The staff was definitely welcoming and I love that they played Caribbean music vs American 80s……

“Room was clean, staff was friendly and the grounds was clean and beautiful. Room could use some upgrades and food/restaurant services were far less than ideal. ”

“If accommodation is all you need...then this is the place for you. Except for the security personnel on the beach, no one else acknowledges you unless you ask.”

“In mid March the pools were cold, wait times at the restaurants were long, waits at the espresso bar made it almost unusable, and we were never able to get a Jamaican patty our whole visit, lol. Our room had light odors of “plumbing” for periods of the day. But, the food was good, the beach was wonderful, the room was comfortable (and didn’t smell most of the day), the balcony had a nice view and ultimately it was an acceptable stay for us coupled with time at another resort. ”

“The overall of the hotel is very good. They have a team of very friendly staffs and you will enjoy the stay there with them. The hotel is just in front of the beach that after you breakfast, you can immediately walk into the beach in seconds to enjoy the sun.”

“It was like staying in a 5 star hotel. Was comfortable like home. Rooms were spotless. Beautiful ambiance and clean grounds. Staff was professional and pleasant. ”

“Room was clean and the housekeeper came everyday for sheets and towels, staff was nice and professional, Firefly bar and restaurant had some of the best food on the beach. We stayed in 17 penthouse suite, little tight on space but had kitchenette and medium sized fridge. WiFi was really slow and unusable; but we don’t need to be on devices on a vacation like this anyways. AC went completely out on our second day, not to worry.. they replaced the entire mini split system on 3rd floor in a few……

“Beautiful property on the West End. We have stayed in Negril many times and this is by far one of the best resorts we have stayed. The location is perfect. The staff is incredible and Paul, the lifeguard, is a dear friend we met a few years ago. The Lodge food is amazing. And the 3 dogs there are sweethearts. Just a great laid back vibe you would expect in Negril.”
