The only issue was some amenities were not readily available that should have been but that is a simple fix. Also, Charity was very responsive. ”

“This host and stay was absolutely outstanding! The home is certainly as beautiful as advertised and accommodated our group perfectly in every way. Each room was spacious and comfortable and the outdoor amenities provided endless enjoyment with an astounding view. From the pickle ball courts to the pool/hot tub, the outdoor bar to the landscaping, everything was well placed and gorgeous. The main interior living area offering double fridges, double washer/dryer, fully stocked dish-ware and……

“Home was beautiful! Had all of the essential necessities. Hot tub for cooler nights. Perfect location for my family. Host was helpful with a problem. And he checked back in at a later time to make sure the problem got fixed. Would definitely stay again when in the area. ”

“For all "sports" families, this home is a short drive to the Arizona Athletic Facility. It was a clean, comfortable home base allowing our soccer player to relax between games. Unfortunately, we were there in early January and didn't get a chance to use the pool. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, the mountains are a short drive away for hiking and Door Dash had no problem finding us.”

“We didn’t have much time to use the pool or hot tub as we were in town for a wedding, and we had a few rainy days. Everything was great, but my boyfriend suggests a new cover for the hot tub and a new Bbq grill. We did not use the grill as he felt it was in too poor a condition. The indoor grill as well seems to be missing the drip trays. Other than that, it was fantastic, and we would stay there again. ”

“Extremely clean. Was very happy about the location. Just a couple issues. The coffee Keurig didn't work. No way to make coffee. Nothing for washing dishes like sponge in sink, No Kleenex in master bath or hand soap. T.V had just limited channels. Just need a couple improvements but do recommend for staying. Probably could be a little cheaper since there are so many places to stay now in that location.”
