「Steve was amazing. So helpful, very respectful and a great people person. We arrived late at night and he talked to us as we were family. In the morning breakfast was already done and we came down, the lady cleaning up was so helpful, so sweet. She asked me if I wanted coffee..she saw me struggle with he juice machine that was off and she turned it back on. So sweet. The whole hotel was so clean. The room was wonderful. Best stay ever..no complaints at all.」

「In my opinion, the room in which we stayed was subpar at best. There were stains on the carpet, hair on the floor in the bathroom. Altogether, the bathroom was not clean and ready for guests to occupy. The tub showed signs of mold, the toilet seat was loose or broken, which was a hazard in what was advertised as a handicap accessible room (NOT). The King size bed had a severe dip in the middle which hindered any restful sleep. We asked for another room and were told that no other room was...
