We greatly enjoyed our stay in this unit! As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with an amazing view of the grounds and ocean. The unit was very neat and clean. There was plenty of space for my family.

Loved the location of the condo to downtown Playa and the condo worked perfectly for our group of 12. The condo was clean and beach and pool facilities were awesome! Would definitely stay again.

Excellent condo!

We loved our stay at this property. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was perfect and the property was quiet at night. The pool bartender Patty made us feel like longtime friends. We will return!

Best vacation

We found the property location to be perfectly located in Playa with great access to shopping, restaurants and beachfront. Spacious condo with lots of room to relax and play. Highly recommend.

The perfect place

Beautiful place, perfect location just walking distance form 5th Ave and the main street to go shopping or out for dinner, walking distance from the Ferry to go to Cozumel. I will definitely stay there again. Oscar the property manager was very helpful, and our request were always taken care of.

Perfect location

Excellent location - just a few minutes walk to 5th Ave with shopping, restaurants, etc... Right on the beach. Although seaweed season apparently came early this year and we weren't able to sit out or swim in the ocean, it was still a perfect view. Pool/pool bar were fantastic. Great bunch of people and a great bartender!

Great location

We had a wonderful time. The location is excellent, close to town and right on the beach. The pool and pool bar were big attractions for our party. The condo was lacking a mirror in the second bathroom p, needs a few other small repairs and we had to inquire to get water refills and cleaning service but once contacted the management responded.

This condo was absolutely as described. We have stayed at Xaman Ha before, but it had been awhile. Everything was in tip top shape. We had a small leak in a bathroom toilet, it was a Saturday, but it was taken care of within the hour. We also appreciated the cleaning process before we checked in. Would definitely stay here again.

A little slice of paradise

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is absolutely perfect: within a gated community, a five minute walk from the famous Quintana avenida, and located DIRECTLY on the beach! Overall, I would highly recommend this property. PROS 1) location (walking distance to everything, including the ferry) 2) spacious (plenty of beds/bedrooms) 3) supplies (loads of pots, pans, cutlery and toiletries plus books, board games and beach toys) 4) pool (there's a swim up bar!) 5) cleaning service (this is was a pleasant surprise...please tip the staff!) CONS 1) beach is eroded and a little rocky upon entry 2) no elevators...condo is located on third floor 2) we couldn't watch our TV apps in the primary bedroom...may be time for a new tv Overall this was a phenomenal week long stay and we will be back!

Great family getaway

We loved staying here in Playacar it was perfect to have a parking spot for our car, enough beds to sleep everyone, air conditioning to cool off and be so close to the beach. We had a lot of fun. There were a few things like and oven and dressers for clothes storage I wish we would have had because we were staying for over 3 weeks. However we managed fine. The staff was helpful and our local contact was awesome to help us. Plus we had a car and were able to get anything further we needed at the store. It was a great stay. Thank you!

Wonderful

This place was perfect for us. Perfect location- so close to the downtown area (easy walk) but far enough to be peaceful and without noise. My kids loved the pool, the older one loved swimming in the waves, and we all loved the porch hammocks. We rented a car and there was a designated parking spot. Place is very clean and great service. They offered to clean partway through. Having purified water at the condo was fantastic. Plenty of everything we needed including towels. There was seaweed on the beach while we were there, same as other beaches in the area, but for us it did not detract from the wonderful experience. We would definitely come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The condo had everything you would need to enjoy a home. Balcony was enjoyable. Site management was very efficient on any request as well as thoughtful and kind. The only thing that was annoying was Robin the bartender/ bar chose not to open 2 of the days we were there. So unable to get drinks or order a burger. Not a big deal however annoying and inconvenient for us.

Phenomenal unit walking distance to everything

This place is as good as described and exactly like the pictures show. Cold A/C, LARGE fully equipped kitchen, Large fridge. Condo was everything we hoped for. Facility and pool great, pool bar hours 9-5. Beach area is small when sea is high, and seaweed/sargassum is present but light to medium 4/1. Very short walk to all the restaurants, shopping, ferry, transportation, grocery, pretty much anything a person wants. We found it VERY enjoyable and will return. Thanks. P.s. management team is very responsive, instant actually. Soap, shampoo, TP was all supplied.

Good location, great view.

Great location, great view, safe neighborhood and yet very close to all the action, walking distance to everything. Nice pool. We liked the condo, it was clean and everything was functional. Only suggestions are that it could use some updating on linens and furniture. Also, I don’t recall reading anywhere that it was on the third floor and requires walking stairs. I don’t recommend for those that may find that difficult. I may have just missed that. But overall we did enjoy it.

October 2020 Stay

I was a bit disappointed of the property...the washer and TV did not work properly.....had to be unplug from electricity every time we wanted to turn it on and TV was too small for the room. The bedrooms linens and pillows smell very bad and we were not able to get items wash and remove the smell making it very difficult to have a restful night. I highly recommend that before the unit is turn to guest it gets properly inspected and all linens wash.
