「No one was there when we got there to check in around 4. We had to call a number for the man to tell us hed be there in 15 minutes. Charged an extra fee upon arrive we weren't made aware of. When we booked check in was 3 and check out was 11 when we got there they had a piece of paper on the front desk stating check in was 2 and check out was 10. That should be changed for people booking online. The room was disgusting. Floors not swept, hot tub had other people's hair in it and dirt, the towels...
