Beautiful Home!

Nice location in a great community. People are helpful and friendly. Downtown Port St Joe was a pleasure to visit. The pool was great and heated. Having a golf cart was great fun!

Nice place to stay

4 bedroom is great and clean, spacious with nice kitchen, 2 bath so be prepared to share. Golf cart is real nice to get to beach. We Had a great time.

Perfect Family Getaway

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. It was everything we needed and the golf cart made it so much easier to enjoy the Windmark Community. Having the beach chairs and wagon there was a plus too. The pool area was great along with the restaurants and sweet shop located on site. We will be back!

Family get together

This c was a very nice home. Very close to beach and the pool was not far away. Very nice and friendly neighborhood. It was like going to a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again. Plenty of room for a great family get together.

Exactly what we were looking for

The place was beautiful, clean and close to the beach. My parents have some mobility problems so the use of the golf cart was extra important. They provided all we needed for the beach so we didn’t have to buy anything beforehand. It was a wonderful place to stay.

We all had a great time!

Having the canopy and beach equipment and golf cart were perfect! Everything was like new. Plenty of kitchen stuff , towels aplenty, lovely decor. We all loved everything.

I'd get it a solid 4

We loved the home. Very welcoming and in a great location. Golf cart was an added bonus and very convenient for traveling to the "town center" and golf cart only beach accesses. I've already covered the issues in email. Very small issues at that, trash was full with bags of garbage laying in front of the filled trash can which attracted bugs and flies...and didn't smell the best in the Florida heat. The tent shown in the advertisement photo doesn't exist, there was an umbrella, which was broken when we carried it to the beach, so we just bought our own while we were there. All the bicycle tires were flat and the foot pump provided didn't work. The review should be open and honest, so there are slight opportunities for improvement, but would I stay at this location again? Absolutely, without hesitation.
