「Our stay was very relaxing and having access to an inside pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, and a private beach was great. The only downside to this hotel is the lack of air conditioning. The first night was so hot that I could barely sleep even with the fan that is provided and even if you leave the balcony door open for a breeze, the doors make a lot of noise when closing and people using the pools and talking is very noisy and will wake you up. 」

「This house was just perfect for us. It is beautifully decorated and spacious. The owners, Brice and Michelle, answered my questions immediately. Great communication. The large porch is fantastic. The oath to the beach is great. We just loved it. Looking forward to next year!」

「The unit was centrally located and great bay windows for watching the scene on Commercial Ave. The back deck is a great space and had a quintessential view of the Pilgrim Monument. The unit has lots of space and is nicely furnished.There was some noise at night from the street and clubs, but I didn't find it too loud or problematic (but I live in NYC and am accustomed to the humm of the street). I thought this was a very nice place for a good price and would recommend it to others. 」

「Such a sweet stay in pictoresque Wellfleet! This cottage was just perfect for our family vacation. The location is excellent - on the beach and very close to our favorite Wellfleet shops and restaurants. Our basketball players enjoyed the nearby court and running the Great Island Trail in the morning was such a bliss. 「Very responsive owners. Modern and clean. View cannot be beat. All amenities were comfortable, from comfortable outdoor furniture to bed to towels- all felt very high end. We were not familiar with cape cod style homes they are smaller than even we expected and you’re close to neighbors. However, it all added to the charm and we never felt crowded by anyone as the neighbors were all great. Easy access to Provincetown and national parks too. Thank you for sharing the home!」

「Second time staying here, and it was just as lovely as I remembered. The location can't be beat - we spend a lot of time lounging on the deck watching the birds and listening to the ocean, and of course taking many walks on the beach.The living room could use a good reading light near the couch or chairs (the lamp next to the couch is quite dim), but otherwise everything is great!」

The property manager Rob I think his name was was great. He really cares about the property and is looking too update the locks and other things soon. 「Couldn’t have picked more perfect Hosts. We felt like we stayed at a friend’s home. From the property, neighborhood and the hosts themselves everything was perfect. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat! What a gem of a find!」

"AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
