「The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcomed. The food was incredible and the room excellent. I would highly recommend! :)」

「a farmhouse, you can feel the humidity of the stone wall room, a bit too dark inside the room, but general acceptable beautiful environment, you can enjoy a very good countryside view (inc the corfe castle ruins), if you dont want to drive to the town to have lunch or dinner, you can enjoy the local meal at the farmhouse restaurant」

「The hotel is very well run and the hosts are very helpful. The rooms are a decent size. Although it took a while for the water to warm up in the shower. I acknowledge that this is beyond the owner’s control, but my second floor room overlooked a junction and the traffic was noisy . At about 4am a lorry collected the empty glass bottles. The noise of the crash as the glass shattered was shocking. Avoid a roadside room on a Wednesday morning….if you want undisturbed sleep.」

「Such a nice place to stay and very beautifully antique yet modern. The view of the castle was amazing from our room and it was a nice walk through the quaint town to visit the castle. Breakfast was great and so nice that it was included. Dinner was very good too.」

「とても清潔で、朝ごはんも美味しくて、 何よりスタッフさんが皆とっても親切で 温かくて感激しました。 最高でした！またいつか泊まりに行きたい！」

「Nice clean room, delicious English breakfast highly recommend」

「Camera pulita, letti comodi, personale molto alla mano e gentile. Buona colazione」

「When we arrived at the hotel we found the car park easy to find, then followed the signs for reception. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, we were quickly checked in. Then directed to our room, which was very nice, warm and comfortable with a massive bed. It was all very clean and tidy. The only problem was at first we had no hot water but that was quickly rectified. We were soon settled in, then it was time to get some dinner, this was the only thing that we found disappointing...

「Old hotel. Food was good. Three issues: bed was uncomfortable; tap water was not recommended for drinking with the hotel providing carafes of water to take to your room; and parking spaces are quite limited.」

「Lovely clean room, easy to park. Looking forward to my next stay.」

「Staff was friendly when helped us settle down, and bring breakfast basket to the room. Room space is still OK enough to put my lugguages and bags, and so far not bad though seems a bit old for furniture and devices. Windows need be closed otherwise there could be spiders crossing the dent, since it is 2nd floor and we are near a roof of meal bench. The biggest problem is the water tap of the shower tube, because it provided little hot water no matter how we rotated or twisted it. My wife failed...

「Lovely stay at The Weld, breakfast was included in the price of the room with pancakes on offer who could resist. We also had a fabulous evening meal at the venue which was delicious. Excellent stay would definitely recommend.」
