“Everything was amazing but the bed was uncomfortable due to the sheets , overall it was an amazing experience. ”

“Good location in town on the beach. Everything was clean and well kept. Was a nice break from the huge resorts. Seaweed was no different here than anywhere else but they tried to keep it cleaned up. ”

“The condo unit was great. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit and it was fabulous to have so much space as a family and 2 bathrooms, which was gret with our teenage daughter! The location was perfect - a very short walk to Quinta Avenida, the main shopping, restaurant and nightlife street and yet it was perfectly quiet at night once we closed the balcony doors. It felt very safe and secure and the cleaning service was excellent. There were, however, a few things though that wasn't quite what we were……

“I traveled with one other family member and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We booked a private driver with our hotel and it was a smooth and quick ride from the Cancun Airport. Upon arrival, we met with Laura at the front desk. She is so lovely and helpful. She speaks great English and we had no confusion. The staff was very friendly also. The night time security, Miguel, was the best! He always welcomed us in and took the time to listen to all of our adventures. Ruben was amazing with……

“J’ai séjourné dans cet établissement pendant 4 nuits. Dans l’ensemble, mon expérience a été correcte. Le lit était confortable, ce qui a rendu mon séjour agréable sur ce point, on avait accès à un atv payant aussi ce qui était plus facile pour nos déplacements. Cependant, j’ai été déçue par l’état des toilettes. Il y avait des odeurs de canalisation assez fortes et persistantes, ce qui était vraiment dérangeant au quotidien. Malheureusement, malgré notre signalement, l’hôtel n’a pas fait……

“Beautifully decorated and top notch accommodations with everything needed!! Actually prettier than pictures dictate. So helpful to have the washer/dryer in unit. All employees were so helpful and quick to respond with any request or info needed!”

“Lovely! Clean. Had 3 rooms penthouse and it is much larger than photos portray. 3 levels with rooftop hot top, shower, and grilling area. Perfect location.”
