「Flawlessly clean room and everything. The staff was top notch! All of them. If you need anything they got the answer. Only thing is like all the place is this area of Tulum, the construction can get loud. So for get about random naps. I still give this beautiful place a 10/10!!」

「Breakfast was continental. Could order protein from the menu, which we did a couple times. We also had dinner one night and everyone’s meals were fantastic. An extra shout out of thanks to the front desk for assisting in finding us an “extra” private room to destress. And another shout out to all the staff, from security to cleaning. 「Everything was great, room was clean, easy check in and out. Only downside is if you get any towels dirty (with marks that will easily come out in a wash) they charge you for it. Are they not washing towels in between uses anyway? Other than that was a lovely stay. The cook at the snack bar was excellent. 」
