“Small building not to crowded.”

“We stayed at the hotel over the Canada Day long weekend a d really enjoyed our stay. What I loved most is that they recently in 2025 changed out carpets in rooms and replaced it with wood looking laminate. It’s so much nicer looking and cleaner. It really makes the hotel look and feels modern and airy. And honestly carpets in general are distracting, impossible to clean properly and hold dust and smells. These floors are so much easier to clean and didn’t activate my dust allergies. The staff……

“This place was gorgeous, super clean and well-kept! Our family stayed here for a few nights as a stop on our way to Sandbanks Beach. Perfect location with all the ammenities/grocery stores. There is even a nice playground within walking distance! ”

“We had a fantastic stay at this cozy apartment-style cottage in Carrying Place! It was the perfect spot for me, my husband, and our dog, with a friend joining us for one night. The cottage is well-suited for one or two couples, with two comfortable bedrooms and a full kitchen that made it easy to settle in.The peaceful waterfront location was a highlight—perfect for fishing, kayaking, and bird watching. We loved having access to kayaks and a paddle boat right on-site. It was so relaxing just……

“Very spacious. Lots of room for six adults and three children. The fenced back yard was great as we had a toddler with us. We even saw a pair of swans with their young passing by on the river. Groceries were available close by if we needed anything. We all agreed we had a great time. Would recommend it for families.”

“What a great property. It was lovely to sit on the deck or in the living room and hear the river running by the mill. The outdoor pizza oven was a surprise bonus.”

“The property is clean and well appointed. Having a game room is an excellent idea for a rental and the swim spa is lovely. The river is beautiful. Look for wildlife all over. Lots of rabbits, a beaver and birds, including an Osprey family at the nearby Frankford Tourist Park. The area around and in Frankford is great for exploring, walking, etc. There is a rail trail next door to the property for walking/biking. Be mindful of some quirks that have resulted from quick construction work.……
