“Everything is fine.”

“En la habitación que nos dieron no servía el aire. Fueron a checarlo 3 veces y no se pudo reparar. Creo que nos debieron de haber cambiado de habitación desde el inicio. Dormimos escuchando como goteaba al aire toda la noche y pasamos calor. Poniendo a un lado eso, el staff de recepción siempre mostró buena disposición en ayudarnos. Todo lo demás estuvo genial.”

“MONEY STOLEN!! We stayed for 4 nights total and on our last day there, we noticed $500 was stolen from my wallet. No one else had been inside our hotel room except our family and THE CLEANING STAFF. During our second day there, in the morning when I tried to enter my hotel room, there were two cleaning ladies inside my room, and one of them was at the door, HOLDING THE DOOR SHUT while I used my keycard to try to enter. I could hear the other cleaning lady on the other side of the room, and……

“Misleading because I paid for an ocean front room and none of their properties are actually ocean front so not worth the extra price. Definitely not ada friendly as certain areas only have several flights of stairs you have to take to get to certain areas of the resort. Room service food is not good. Food at UA was good that’s the only restaurant I tried here. And I was told I would receive a birthday dessert and never received it.”

“Rooms were a bit dated. Hallways were dirty. Elevators were non working in areas and dirty as well. Dress code restrictions and no reservation option made eating a challenge for a beach resort. Definitely over priced. Slow room service. Pools were nice but no staff taking orders around pool as would be expected at an all inclusive resort. Would not go there again.”

“Our stay was nice overall, but the dinner situation was unnecessarily complicated. Due to the weather, staff rescheduled our reservation at Boca Steakhouse. Unfortunately, one hostess was extremely unprofessional, insisting we had no reservation despite it being rebooked by your staff. She made no effort to help, leaving us hungry and frustrated until another hostess stepped in. I wish I had gotten her name so management could address the situation. We paid for an all-inclusive experience, and……
