"The convience in being in town"

"Beautiful resort with great views. Nice pool, bars and restaurants. Clean and newly renovated. Comfy beds. Only negative was the staff at the front desk. We arrived at 415 and a room wasnt available. They didnt care. Didnt offer anything for us to do but sit there with all of our stuff. Then pretended like we werent there. Another negative experience with the same woman the next day when we asked for champagne glasses. Told us to try the bar. She clearly doesnt want to be working in the hospitality business. Similar experience with a different woman when checking out. Servers at the bar and restaurant were all great though."

"It was a unique place to stay and Haley at the front desk was amazing. So friendly and upbeat and went out of her way to help me with my luggage to room and made me feel very special and she cared . "

"I stayed at the Gables Poolside King Suite. It was nice to be down the street, next to the pool, in the quieter area. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the ferry and shops, dining, etc. "

"Spectacular view of the ocean from our 2nd floor room with balcony. The extra sitting space with ocean view was especially appreciated. There is a beautiful large lawn in front of the hotel which gave some families a perfect place to play and fly kites. Great location near Narragansett Town Beach. "

"Fights among the homeless across the street with police called to intervene Otherwise great location to the mall and federal hill. Blake’s and Murphys are fun bars with good food. "

"We stayed there for the Newport Jazz Festival. The hotel doesn't look fancy on the outside but once you are inside, it gives a little bit of posh and whimsy. The staff is really friendly however there is limited staff during quietier times (before 8am etc...). The restaurant is pretty good and the bartenders are really on top of things. We enjoyed our room which faced the pool. Enjoyable stay. "
