「Excellent breakfast! Abundant choices!」

「Terrible service and nothing interesting over there, besides internet is extremely slow 」

「Although this isn’t an hotel with an hotel lobby, we didn’t lack of anything. Host Luca is a very friendly and he is so helpful. Clear instructions and many tips for Garbatella and surroundings. Halfway our stay, he checked in with us, if we were happy and needed anything. The room was very clean and modern and had all that we needed. The shared kitchen also was complete with everything you could need. Metro and busstop within minutes of walking (Colosseo 3 stops away). Supermarket and best...

「When we went looking for the place with address listed-no one was anywhere to speak with. We called and were told it was at a different place. The room was what I’d call “spartan”! A small room with no adornments and a drape too small for the window. Looked like a monks room at a monestery. Bathroom was quite nice! Breakfast was on the next block at a cafe with coffee and pastry! The kitchen was very nice with a small terrace to sit as well. The beds were ok and pillows were so flat they truly...

「Liked how transit was close by. Amenities were as advertised. Although internet did not work properly until I myself discovered it was disconnected. AC was not working properly and did not seem like they were interested in trying to fix in person. They tried to troubleshoot with me remotely without success. Lucky we did not really need it. Did not like that subway was literally outside the front door. Trains going by all hours of the day, every 5-10 min, with only a small break between the...

「Pas vu」

「We arrived early had to sit at Alice's Pizza for 2.5 hours until the courier brought the keys. Finding the apt was confusing even with the instructions. After only a few hours of being at the priority I locked myself out of the door entrance to the apartments, left eith no phone and my husbabd was taking a nap. Went downstairs stairs used my phone translator and asked the lady in the reception area if she had a key, no id have to cobtact owner. Ad used i don't have my phone. She contacted the...
