羅馬吉安克倫瑟酒店住宿推介

「挺好的.電梯很小.地點有點不方便。但房間是乾淨的。」

「Bon rapport qualité prix. Le déjeuner inclus était complet.」

「It was my first time travel to Italy and I was pleased to stay there to start my trip. The location is great, very easily accessible, chilled neighborhood around, they have a gorgeous rooftop as well, but it seems it has not been fully utilized. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I had encountered the terrible rainstorm in Rome, thanks to it's powerful hair dryer and the 24 hr ironing room, I could wear my only coat again that evening :-) I didn't go to their spa and breakfast so cannot comment on...

「Una excelente estadía」

「Room Staff and Breakfast were great. Asked for ground floor room and 1 couple in the group had mobility issues and were placed at the highest level in the hotel with very tiny elevator that wife was not comfortable using. Asked to be given another room but could not be accommodated. Restaurant not open on the day we were there. Breatfast over at 9:30am which is too early when you are on vacation and previous day was a very long travel day so needed a more relaxing morning.」

「Arrived at property early and got into our room about noon. We were able to shower and relax. The AC didn't work when we arrived, and when I called, I was told that it would be fixed about 2pm. It was fixed shortly after. The place is nice but COMMUNICATION IS NOT THEIR STRONG POINT!!!! The room was spacious and we did enjoy the balcony. Upon leaving on Monday morning there was a misunderstanding with our transfer that cost us over $400 USD. Not a great way to head to Civitavecchia to...

「This was our 3rd B&B we stayed at in our 10 day trip. The building is very old and the location wasn’t our favorite just based off the stores in the area. Overall the room was clean and the instructions to get in were VERY easy. The location was not great compared to the other areas we stayed at. Not close access to metro but the tram is right outside and we used that to get to other attractions. I would recommend this location but be aware that it is much more local and not touristy or close to...

「Clean and comfortable, centrally located and very responsive team. Would definitely stay here again!」

「The Lighthouse Suites Trastevere were the perfect home base for our evening in Rome. The staff was extremely helpful and the location was in a gorgeous courtyard that was perfectly located to access the whole city via both bus and car. The room was amazing.」

「Ximena went the extra mile to help us! She was an amazing resource!」

「Overall the room and its location were great. I would have given 5 stars; however, I had some issues with my checkin process, and did notice some ants crawling on my bed and around room. With regard to checkin, I received instructions on how to get into the property, only after I messaged the host that I arrived, and waited for about 15-20 minutes. I rang the front gate bell for several minutes and no one was present to let me in, despite what the Expedia checkin info stated. The check-in...

「The location is pretty good. Near the Trastevere train station, which is helpful. There was construction happening on the street so it was noisy in the morning and I felt the ground shake from the construction. Luckily I didn't need to sleep in so I was awake when it started. The bathroom light for my room does not work and there is only one outlet in the whole room that has a converter for general technology. There are two lamps, but there is not an outlet for the second lamp. It sits there...

「Very nice room near Trastevere Station.」

「I had a wonderful stay at the La Rivière Guesthouse in Rome. The location was fantastic — close to public transportation and surrounded by restaurants, which was a lifesaver on nights I got home late from work and needed a quick bite. The Ludovico was absolutely amazing and incredibly accommodating, especially when I needed to extend my stay by an extra day. He was attentive throughout and made everything feel easy, which meant a lot while navigating a the city. Otherwise, I have zero complaints...

「Limpia y buena disposición」

「Very nice apartment, comfy, tidy and clean, with all the needed facilities. The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. Another problem is that internet connection is so bad and we could not use this free Wi-Fi provided by Numa. 」
