Bare minimum. Convenient and nice location, however room felt dirty. Arrived and only 1 bath towel, no face clothes or shower mat, no extra pillow cases for extra pillows. Fine if you’re in and out but even then I would pay more for a nicer spot next time. Unfortunately was a regret. Cleaning staff was lovely but besides that mediocre at best.

The hotel was very clean and the concierge was very nice, and he very personable. We valet parked to avoid having to find a parking garage. The location was very conveniently located, it was a 1 min walk to Time Square.

We arrived during lobby renovations not aware of, so this seemed a bit chaotic with drop sheets and construction noise and workers everywhere, desk staff working off temporary tables. After our 4 night stay, the lobby was re-assembled and it looked fabulous.
Was unaware of additional $40. per night 'destination fee', but they gave a daily $35 credit to use in their lobby starbucks and restaurants. The rooms need some renos, and the elevators are a challenge to navigate BUT we loved the proximity to Times Square, Central Park and walkable to many attractions. Even the Big Bus stops were close by! Really in the heart of it all!
