“Good location, close to everything in the Museum District. On-site staff was helpful and attentive. The drawer on the bathroom vanity was broken when we arrived, and there was also a leak in the bathroom sink plumbing, requiring several visits from Maintenance after we informed Sosuites via text. The dishwasher was visibly broken when we arrived, and stayed broken throughout our 7-day stay. Worse, we learned from maintenance that the company had a repair order for the washer before we rented it……

“Overall, my stay was satisfactory; however, the communication throughout the experience left much to be desired. The front desk staff appeared disengaged and unprofessional, making the check-in process more difficult than it should have been. When traveling, a welcoming and courteous front desk experience sets the tone for a guest's stay. Unfortunately, the lack of engagement and poor customer service created an uninviting atmosphere. “It was nice for a night, but some of the dishes weren’t very clean and I couldn’t get hot water from the shower. Hot water easily came out of the sink. Easy walk to Temple University so the convenience out weighed the issues.”

“The place do look like the pictures except for is very very small and where the door is to the backyard or the balcony the roof of it is plastic that goes straight to outside so it stays hot a lot and there's no air conditioner in the unit the fire furnace stays on so that adds on to the Heat and then going to the bathroom there's a drop step and then you guys step up to the bathroom which is inconvenient I'm almost fell a few times and there's constant noise for the neighbors upstairs with the……
