「The hotel location is convenient and close to most scenic spots. The staff, Fabricio and Leonardo, are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and cozy. They provided us an iPad to use during our stay, which is very useful in our trip. The complimentary tea and happy hour also brightened our trip!」

「Basic breakfast but good coffee and eggs! Front desk was wonderful, we were there for a wedding and my spouse already left since they were in the wedding - I needed help zipping up my dress and they were so helpful and sweet. Everything they did was top notch. Rooms a little dated but clean and bathrooms were updated. Noise level was fantastic, couldn’t hear anything outside 」

「The location is very good. All luxury shops are located near the hotel. But the windows are not well soundproofed. Music from the restaurant near the hotel was so loud. You have to wait until 00:30 before the music stop then you can sleep. The hotel female staff's attitude towards guests is rather cold Besides from these, this hotel is the best choice when you travel in Firenze.」
