It is always relaxing & very quiet except for all the birds, deer and occasional rooster in the morning all of which is welcome. This stay we were able to leave front door open I'm the mornings the weather was Is very pleasant. Can't wait to come back.

Tranquility Abound

My husband and I came here for a week and are both beyond pleased that we found this Casita. It was impeccably clean, very well stocked, and extremely comfortable. It felt like home. The property is magical. Every morning I got up and watched the deer feed and birds feeding their babies. I highly recommend this property!

Lovely Casita!

Perfect spot for us while looking for real estate in the area. The casita had everything we needed. We cooked all our meals there, used the grill, and had some nice walks in the neighborhood.

Nice place

We had a great time. Very clean, comfortable bed, nice to relax. Bonus! 8:15 am the deer are fed and it was fun to watch them all come in, jump over the fence, and inter act with each other.

The casita was perfect for our Hill Country vacation. We loved being out in the country but still close enough to town. The house had everything we needed and then some. Plus we managed to get in some good birdwatching without even leading the property. Highly recommend. <3

Every day at the Casita was wonderful! We enjoyed getting to know Susan, our hostess and Deborah, the deer. All of our needs had been anticipated and were ready for us. This property was perfect!

My sister, her husband, my husband and me were in town for our nieces bridal shower. Although this property was alittle outside of town (not to far), we really enjoyed it! Perfect set up and the owner had everything available you could possibly need!! We will keep this on our list to stay here again!! Also, loved the wildlife and hummingbirds!!

High School Girfriend Getaway

The Casita is in a natural Hill Country setting, very quiet with visits from deer, hummingbirds and other birds. Beautiful spot. Inside the accommodations were perfect for us, spacious with a dining table where we played games and ate. Everything was clean and welcoming. The host was also very helpful. We asked for a suggestion for where to eat in town. Overall, it was a great experience.

Impressed all around - what a place!

I stayed with my mom and my daughter; every part of the experience was delightful. All around accommodating to my mom’s limited mobility - special find. Deborah the deer visited us upon arrival which was a highlight for my mom; we should have been prepared with something more nutritious to share with her as a snack than potato chips.

Comfort and Peace in the Texas Hill Country

We enjoyed our stay at the Casita very much. It was everything we expected and more. We enjoyed getting to know our hosts, taking daily trips to towns in the area, seeing the beautiful countryside and wildlife and relaxing when we were at our new ‘home away from home’. We were pleased to find the Casita was stocked with everything we could possibly need. It was clean and comfortable. We could not have been happier.

Nice Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The home is very nice, clean and well equipped. We spent a lot of time outside watching the wildlife and birds. We made friends with Deborah the deer and she even ate out of our hand. The hosts are very friendly. The Casita is only a short drive to Boerne. Perfect Place to Stay!

Everything you’d want and hope for in a place to stay outside of Borne, TX. This place was absolutely perfect for us since our trip was to visit our nephew and his family that live just a mile away.We’re so glad we thought of looking on Vrbo instead of a hotel in Borne, it was a perfect place.The layout of the house seemed to be well planned out and had everything we needed. The deer everywhere outside was a plus for viewing. It was nice not to have to meet the owners but unfortunate not to be able to express our appreciation to them personally.We’d definitely choose to stay here again and 100% recommend to others.

Super Nice Place

We absolutely loved The Casita. It was really nice and comfortable and very secluded. Because of the location, it was very quite. We loved seeing the deer come up to the feeder every morning and evening and one evening , we counted 20 deer eating at the same time. We even saw a fox come to the feeder. The Casita is really well designed and the interior space is well thought out. It seems larger than it is. The double headed shower was extra special. Although the host lives next door, you'll will never be concerned about them bothering you. We will definitely recommend The Casita and hopefully we can return there soon ourselves
